The Forum will focus on the current housing supply crisis and various barriers that impede housing development—everything from NIMBYism, regulatory barriers, zoning and land-use policy. The forum will ask how can the federal government help communities tackle these issues, exploring everything from grants to tax incentives to making federal land available for development.
