If you specialize in commercial, investment, or high end SFRs, you will want to update your knowledge and use of real estate counseling when working with clients. This course will explore the importance of learning your clients’ motivations, abilities and inabilities, which will help you to design a transaction that benefits your client. A range of related topics including the specifics of client counseling, working only with the clients you choose and how to prosper financially as markets and clients constantly change will also give you a broader perspective on the differences between counseling and conventional selling.
