What are the Visual and Audio formats offered?

Visual Format (Formatted for use on your computer and mobile devices: Andriod and Apple)

AudioPoint: High-quality screen capture and audio recordings syncing the presenter's audio and Powerpoints in MP4 format.

Audio Format (Formatted for use on your computer, car and mobile devices: Andriod and Apple)

Audio MP3: MP3 audio files collected on a single CD, playable on an MP3 CD player. MP3 files can also be stored on, and played from, your computers hard-drive. 1 CD can hold approximately 15-18 1 1/2 hour sessions, captured at 64 bit rate. Once on your computer's hard drive, these MP3 files can be transferred to any mobile device Andriod and Apple. MP3 files may be converted to create audio CD using iTunes.

How will I get my recordings?

Demand Streaming: Sessions can be streamed after they happen to watch on your own schedule. 

Download: The key feature of downloads is that it allows you access to a program on your computer or mobile device immediatly after purchase. Download time depends on connection speed. All MP3 download files are also designed to work with any MP3 player, computer media player and some car stereos. All MP4 download files are designed to work with any computer or mobile device such as Tablets and Smart Phones.

Hard Copy: USB Hard Drivs and Hard copy Discs are The key feature of downloads is that it allows you to easily copy and paste all files to your computer at the same time. The packaging makes it an excellent addition your library. MP3 and MP4 files on DVD, DVD-ROM or CD-ROM are designed to work with any computer.

  • 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM - 512 MB recommended
  • JavaScript and Cookies must also be enabled.
  • Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher resolution
  • 16-bit sound card
  • Speakers/headphones

For the best experience when viewing a Livestream broadcast, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to view.
Please note that if you are using Internet Explorer, versions 10 or 11 are recommended, as older versions can have issues.

Internet Connection Speed

  • For a reliable viewing experience at medium quality we recommend a downstream connection speed of at least 700Kbps.

To test your speed, go to www.speedtest.net. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on WiFi and mobile internet), so running 3 tests is recommended.

Instructions for loading files to iPod/iPad

iTunes Version 11 - Tip to see Menu Bar and Libraries
Step 1: Click on black & white icon in the Upper Left corner of iTunes > Click Show Menu Bar (Ctrl+B)
Step 2: In Menu Bar Click View > Click Show Side Bar (Ctrl+S)

STEP 1. Copy files into iTunes Library
File > Add File to Library file

STEP 2. In the window, locate your files, select all the files you would like to add - Click "Open" Add File

STEP 3. You should see your files being copied File Copying

STEP 4. Connect your iPad/iPod - You will see it listed under your devices connect iPad

STEP 5. Sync your iPad/iPod/iPhone - Set your Sync options to include Music and/or Movies

A. Check Box next to Sync Music and Sync Movies Sync

B. Click Sync Sync Button

C. You should see your device syncing Syncing
